September’s Friday Night Flight at Nana is Favoloso!

Available the first Friday of every month, September’s Friday Night Flight is FavolosoNana brings Italy to Dallas on September 3rd, from 6:00 – 8:00pm. Nana is bringing the cuisine of  Italy to the foodies of Dallas during its popular Friday Night Flight.  Executive Chef Anthony Bombaci will prepare a trio of rustic Italian dishes, which will be paired with three uniquely flavorful Italian wines. Nana’s guests will enjoy a memorable culinary Italian experience.

Nana is a restaurant with an inimitable sense of luxury and wonder, where its service, panoramic view of the city and upscale American cuisine created by internationally acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Bombaci are simply astonishing.

Beginning September 12, hours are Sunday through Thursday from 6pm – 10pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm – 10:30pm. Nana is currently closed Sundays and Mondays through Labor Day Weekend. Nana is located on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole Hotel at 2201 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX 75207.

(A rich 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo made from the oldest estate vineyards, planted back in 1975 on soils rich in chalk, clay and pebbles. Valle Reale introduces the wine lover to a new breed of Montepulciano. Surprisingly concentrated with silky tannins and layers of dark berry fruit and spices, this is a rich and aromatic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. It is full-bodied and firm, yet supple.)

(The intense, ruby red color of this wine tends toward orange with age. The full bouquet of sweet black cherry, pepper, and licorice is typical of the Cannonau grape. Warm and full-bodied on the palate with excellent texture, ripe fruit flavors and pleasant tannins. The juice is macerated with the skins for 13-15 days, and aged in French barriques for six months prior to bottling.)
