For a special Easter Brunch Buffet, we suggest Victory Tavern on Sunday April 4th, from 10:00 am – 3:00pm. The Easter Brunch Buffet menu features a selection of fresh hot and cold items from Executive Chef Jim Oetting.
Start with items such as Smoked Salmon, chilled Jumbo Shrimp, and a selection of cold salads, followed by Main Course items such as Glazed Cod and Roasted Leg of Lamb. The buffet will also feature traditional brunch items such as Sausage and Pepper Frittata, Breakfast Burritos, and Hash Brown Casserole. We’ll also have our famous Tavern Mac ‘n Cheese as well as a selection of breads and pastries.
