Bring the whole family to Victory Tavern on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 25, 2010), from Noon to 9:00 PM to indulge yourself on a specially prepared three-course menu created by Executive Chef Jim Oetting. Chef Jim displays his originality with bold flavors and seasonally inspired dishes, gently infusing creative approaches to comfort food classics.
You can choose from a more traditional Thanksgiving dinner, such as Maple Brined Turkey Breast or Niman Ranch Boneless Pork Chop or try some of Chef Jim’s more distinctive main courses like Herb Crusted Alaskan Halibut or Grilled Niman Ranch Flatiron Steak. For dessert you can have your choice of Classic Pumpkin Pie and Double Chocolate Bread Pudding or Warm Apple Streusel Crumble. The cost is $32.50 per person, half off for children under 12

Thanksgiving dinner at Craft | Dallas will start with Spiced Pumpkin Soup with Crème Fraîche & Pumpkin Seed and Frisée Salad with Apple Wood Bacon, Chestnuts and Black Truffle. For the main course, you have your choice of Organic Free Range Turkey, Prime Rib of Beef or Roasted Scottish Salmon. Side dishes will be served family style, including: Sweet Potato Purée, Roasted Autumn Vegetables, Sausage Raisin Fennel Stuffing, Sautéed Assorted Mushrooms and Cranberry Sauce.
